Fluoride treatments are available to help prevent decay by remineralizing the enamel that covers your teeth. Fluoride is a mineral found in some plants, soil, and water. Sometimes our teeth have deep grooves that make it easy for food debris or bacteria to get trapped, causing decay to form.
